This house was built way back in 1865 but has been extensively modernised
since I bought it in 1994 from a certain Mr Douglas who's daughter lived there. That same Mr Douglas used to be the chairman
of the board of governors at Sunderland University and has a university building named after him at Panns Bank - Douglas Court!
The house is a double-glazed, centrally heated, 4 bedroom house with many fine features. Downstairs there is a great
lounge, a well equipped pine kitchen, a utility room and a large bedroom. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms, 1 small bedroom and
a bathroom/WC. Outside is a yard with a small garden area which can be used for barbecues in the summer.
